Sarah has extensive personal & professional experience in mental health wellness, chronic pain, special education, neurodivergent conditions energy mangement and various healing & spiritual modalities. She uses a very unique, highly intuitive & integrative approach with all her clients.

She has first hand personal experience with chronic illnesses including Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (2 subtypes), ADHD, POTS plus more. Sarah has 13+ years of experience working & supporting special needs children & youth who have all been in various places along the spectrum. She decided to go back to school mid-life & graduated from VCCT in 2016. She opened up a private counselling practice that year & has never looked back.
